Group Tours 4 You Travel Policies
Trip Inclusions:
Unless otherwise specified, all Hotel Accommodations include room tax and baggage handling. All included meals are specified on the “inclusions” section of your select tour with abbreviations B = Breakfast, L = Lunch, D = Dinner.
Non-Trip Inclusions:
Meals not specified as included will be on your own. Hotel incidentals are not included in the trip pricing. Driver and Tour Escort gratuities are not included in the trip pricing.
Payment Information:
One-Day Trips:
Full Payment is required at the time of booking for all One-Day Trips.
Multi-Day Trips:
A $100 deposit is required on all Multi-Day Trips to reserve your seat. Final Payment is due to Group Tours 4 You 30 day prior to the departure date.
We accept Personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover. There is a 3% processing fee for all Credit Card payments.
Smoking Policy:
In accordance with the law, smoking of any kind or device is not permitted onboard the coach. Stops will be made on the motorcoach every 2-3 hours for your convenience.
Gratuities:
Meal gratuities are included in all packages unless otherwise specified. Driver and Tour Escort gratuities are NOT included in any Group Tours 4 You package.
Suggested gratuity for Multi-Day Trips Per Day: Driver = $3-$4 / pp. Tour Escort = $3-$4 / pp.
Suggested gratuity for One-Day Trips: Driver = $2-$3 / pp. Tour Escort = $2-$3 / pp.
Responsibility:
Group Tours 4 You, 4807 Pacific Ave., Wildwood, NJ 08260 and/or their agents and officers and/or suppliers of services pursuant to or in connection with these itineraries shall act only as agents for the passengers in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, restaurants, or any other services and do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident, or delay to persons or property due to act of default of any hotel carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in tour, or by act of god, further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor dispute, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, whether, or other causes beyond their personal control. No responsibility is accepted for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. The passage contact in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and purchasers of these tours and/or passengers. Tour operator reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar category if necessary. No refund for unused features or services.
